Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products


Refund Process

  1. Inspection
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. After inspection, we will immediately notify you about the status of your refund.

  2. Approval
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit may take several days to appear, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
