Renewfy Pricing Policy

1. Our pricing philosophy

Renewfy prices every certified pre-owned laptop based on its actual condition, specification, and current market value - not on what creates the most attractive-looking discount. We'd rather show you an honest price once than an inflated one to strike through.

2. How we determine a price

Every listed price reflects a combination of:

• The original market price of that model when new, as a reference point.
• Age, generation, and specification (processor, RAM, storage).
• Condition grade, assigned after our 42-point quality check (see Section 3).
• Whether original accessories (charger, box, documentation) are included.
• Current market demand and availability for that specific model.

3. Condition grading & price tiers

Every device is graded after inspection, and price is set according to grade - so two units of the same model can carry different prices if their condition differs. This is what makes our pricing consistent and explainable, not arbitrary.

The exact grading labels and criteria above are a draft framework - to be confirmed against Renewfy's internal quality-check standards before publishing.

4. Total price transparency - no hidden charges

The price shown on a product page is the full price you'll pay, inclusive of applicable taxes, before any optional add-ons. Any delivery charge, if applicable to your location, is shown clearly before you confirm your order - never added as a surprise at the final step.

5. No false urgency - genuine offers only

If we show a discount, a limited-time offer, or a low-stock notice, it reflects a real situation - not a manufactured one. We do not use fake countdown timers, inflate a price only to immediately discount it, or display stock levels that don't reflect actual inventory.

6. Price Match Guarantee

On Renewfy, "Price Match Guarantee" means this: the price shown to you on a product page is the exact price you pay - matched, guaranteed . It is a promise about our own price integrity, not a commitment to match a competitor's price.

• Once your order is confirmed at a given price, that price is honoured in full - it will not be increased retroactively.
• In the rare case of a genuine technical/system pricing error, Renewfy will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel at no cost if the corrected price isn't acceptable.

7. Bulk & corporate pricing

Corporate and Vendor buyers ordering in bulk may be eligible for volume-based pricing, separate from standard listed prices. Get in touch through our Corporate enquiry form for a custom quote - pricing here is negotiated per order and is not published publicly, given it depends on volume, model mix, and delivery terms.

8. Sell & exchange valuation

If you're selling or exchanging a device to Renewfy rather than buying one, valuation works differently - based on your device's condition, not a fixed catalogue price. This is covered in full in our Buy Back Policy, including how quotes are given, how final valuation is confirmed after inspection, and how a price revision is handled.

9. Taxes, GST & invoicing

All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every purchase - useful for business buyers looking to claim input tax credit on the purchase.

10. Price changes & validity

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice, reflecting market value, availability, or condition reassessment.
• The price shown at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay - a later price change (up or down) does not apply retroactively to an already-confirmed order.

11. Promotional offers & coupons

• Promotional discounts and coupon codes apply only during their stated validity window, and only to the products/categories specified in that offer.
• Unless explicitly stated, offers cannot be combined with other active promotions or coupon codes.
• Renewfy reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotional offer at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed under that offer.

12. Currency & payment methods

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout, and may include cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

13. Pricing questions or disputes

If you believe a price was displayed incorrectly, charged incorrectly, or a price-match request was wrongly declined, contact Customer Support first (Section 15) - most pricing queries are resolved directly. If unresolved, the grievance and consumer redressal routes described in our Buy Back Policy and Terms & Conditions apply equally to pricing disputes, including escalation to the National Consumer Helpline or your local Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

14. Changes to this policy

Renewfy may update this Pricing Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we price products or in applicable law. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
