Renewfy Brand Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be canceled at no charge before the items have been dispatched.

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Cancellation After Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, please refuse delivery when the product arrives.

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the cancellation request or returned product.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Cancelable Items

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
